Découvrez le cépage: Pinella blanca
Très ancien cépage cultivé depuis fort longtemps en Italie - d'où il serait originaire - et que l'on peut rencontrer encore aujourd'hui dans la région de la Vénétie. Il est également connu en Slovénie, en Bulgarie ... quasiment inconnu en France. D'après des analyses génétiques il a comme parent le gouais blanc auquel d'ailleurs il ressemble quelque peu. Il existe une Pinella nera sans pouvoir affirmer qu'il s'agisse de la forme noire.
